Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Fynd My Home ("we", "us", the "Platform") and govern your access to and use of the Platform, including browsing listings, creating an account, and posting, editing, or renewing property listings. By using the Platform or ticking the acceptance box when posting a listing, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

Note: this is a general template. Have it reviewed by a qualified legal professional and adapted to the laws of the jurisdictions you operate in before relying on it commercially.

1. Definitions

"Listing" means any property advertisement submitted to the Platform. "Content" means any text, image, or other material you submit. "User" means anyone who accesses the Platform, whether or not registered. "Owner" means a User who posts a Listing.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be of legal age and have the capacity to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction. You agree to provide accurate account information, keep it up to date, and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or that we reasonably believe are being used unlawfully.

3. Posting a listing

When you submit a Listing you represent and warrant that: (a) you are the owner of the property or are duly authorised to advertise it; (b) all information — including price, deposit, location, area, number of rooms, furnishing, photographs, and description — is accurate, current, and not misleading; (c) the property is genuinely available on the terms advertised; and (d) the Listing complies with all applicable laws, including fair-housing, anti-discrimination, consumer-protection, and advertising rules. You must re-confirm your acceptance of these Terms each time you publish or re-publish a Listing.

4. Prohibited content & conduct

You must not post or transmit content that is false, fraudulent, duplicated, discriminatory, defamatory, obscene, infringing, or otherwise unlawful; that advertises a property you have no right to advertise; that contains malware or attempts to harvest other Users' data; or that circumvents fees or the intended operation of the Platform. We may remove any Listing or Content and restrict any account that breaches this clause, with or without notice.

5. Photographs & media

You must own, or have the necessary rights and permissions to use, every image or media file you upload, and each must accurately represent the actual property advertised. Uploaded media may be reviewed before or after publication; media awaiting review may be displayed in a limited or obscured form, and media that breaches these Terms may be removed. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to host, store, display, resize, and reproduce your Content for the purpose of operating and promoting the Platform.

6. Listing lifecycle, moderation & visibility

Listings may be approved, held pending review, rejected, suspended, expired, or removed at our discretion or in accordance with our published settings. Listings expire after a configured period and may be renewed. Featuring and ranking are provided on an "as available" basis and we make no guarantee of any particular level of visibility, number of enquiries, leads, or outcomes.

7. Fees, memberships & payments

Some features — such as uploading photographs, certain listing capacities, or featured placement — may require a paid membership. Where fees apply, the price and billing terms will be disclosed before purchase. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers, and your use of those services is subject to their terms. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable. We may change our pricing or plans prospectively on reasonable notice.

8. Enquiries & communications

When a User contacts an Owner through the Platform, contact details and the enquiry may be shared between the parties to facilitate the communication. You agree to use any information received only for the purpose of the property enquiry and in compliance with applicable privacy and anti-spam laws.

9. No agency & no warranty

The Platform is a venue that lets Users advertise and discover properties. We are not a real-estate broker or agent, are not a party to any transaction between Users, and do not independently verify every Listing or User. The Platform and all Content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. Any dealings, negotiations, and transactions are solely between the Users involved, who are responsible for their own due diligence.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform or reliance on any Listing. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us (if any) in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your Content, your Listings, your use of the Platform, or your breach of these Terms or of any law or third-party right.

12. Intellectual property

The Platform, its design, trademarks, and software are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. Except for the licence you grant us over your Content, nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual-property rights to you.

13. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform, or remove your Listings, at any time if you breach these Terms or if we reasonably consider it necessary to protect the Platform or other Users. You may stop using the Platform at any time. Clauses that by their nature should survive termination (including liability, indemnity, and intellectual property) will continue to apply.

14. Privacy

Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform you consent to the collection and use of information as set out there.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version and its date are shown at the top of this page. Material changes may be accompanied by a new version number, which you may be asked to accept when next posting a Listing. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

16. Governing law & contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Platform operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and the courts of that jurisdiction will have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory local law provides otherwise.
