FyndMyHome is only a property listing and discovery platform. We do not own, sell, broker, negotiate, collect booking money, or guarantee any property transaction. Please verify ownership, title, regulatory registrations (e.g. RERA where applicable), approvals, pricing, and terms independently before proceeding.

Note: this is a general template. Have it reviewed and adapted to the laws that apply to you before relying on it commercially.

1. Platform role only

Fynd My Home ("we", "us", the "Platform") is an online venue where property owners and seekers can publish and discover property listings. We are not a party to any transaction between users. We do not own the properties listed, and we do not act as a seller, buyer, landlord, tenant, broker, agent, or representative of any user.

2. No brokerage, negotiation, or payment collection

We do not broker, negotiate, or mediate transactions, and we never collect booking amounts, token money, deposits, rent, or sale proceeds on behalf of anyone. Any request to pay such amounts "via FyndMyHome" is fraudulent — report it to us immediately. Membership fees paid to the Platform are for listing services only.

3. Listing content is user-provided

Listings, photos, prices, and descriptions are provided by the users who post them. While we require owners to declare their information is true, we cannot and do not verify every claim. We make no representation or warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, legality, or current availability of any listing.

4. Verify independently before proceeding

Before entering into any agreement or making any payment, independently verify: ownership and title documents; regulatory registrations (for example RERA in India, DLD/RERA in Dubai, or the equivalent in your jurisdiction, where applicable); building approvals and permits; the identity of the person you are dealing with; the property's physical condition; and all pricing and terms. Where appropriate, engage a qualified lawyer or licensed professional.

5. No guarantee of outcome

We do not guarantee that any listing will result in a sale or rental, that any enquiry will be answered, or that any transaction will complete. Featured or highlighted placement is a paid visibility service and is not an endorsement or verification of the listing.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FyndMyHome and its operators are not liable for any loss or damage arising from a transaction (or attempted transaction) between users, from reliance on listing content, or from dealings conducted outside the Platform. Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

7. Reporting concerns

If you believe a listing is fraudulent, misleading, or infringes your rights, please contact us via the Get in Touch page so we can review and, where appropriate, remove it.
